    Utah's Ski Season Kicks Off as Brian Head Resort Opens November 8 Brian Head Resort takes the lead as Utah's first ski resort to open for the 2024-25 season, welcoming skiers and riders on Friday, November 8, at 10:00 am. The resort offers top-to-bottom skiing on Navajo Mountain, marking a milestone as their second-earliest opening in 60 years.Opening day features four trails ready for action: Paradise with full top-to-bottom access, plus Strip, Freemont, and Easy Time trails. Skiers can join the first-chair celebration at 10:00 am at the Navajo Express lift. As conditions improve, Brian Head plans to expand available terrain and open additional lifts, including Giant Steps Mountain.Given the early-season conditions, safety remains paramount. Riders should note that snow coverage may be limited and stay clear of closed areas due to potential hidden obstacles.Starting November 8, 2024, through May 4, 2025, the resort will operate daily (conditions permitting) with convenient hours:Weekdays: 10:00 am - 4:00 pmWeekends and peak days: 9:30 am - 4:30 pmEarly-season lift tickets start at just $19 on select November days, with children 12 and under skiing free throughout the entire season, making Brian Head an ideal choice for family ski adventures.
