Utah mountains and resorts are finally getting hammered
Very very late into the season but better late than never as some say, the resorts surrounding Salt Lake city and wider Utah are finally getting dumped on with that exceptional Utah powder we have all come to love. Its safe to say that the resorts in the Wasatch Mountains are getting smashed right now.
After a super dry start to the season the ski resorts will now be able to get out there (post storm) and move the snow around to give them that solid base and open up majority of the resorts.
One thing to take into consideration though is the extremely weak snowpack that we have been seeing all season throughout Utah and North America, we would not be suggesting anyone head out in the backcountry right now and mainly focus on just the resorts.
