Steamboat

This more remote location means fewer crowds and the famous and self-named “Champagne Powder” last days and days after the storms. This mountain resort has endless terrain which will keep every level of rider happy for your whole visit, even if that last a few weeks as this resort is just so large.

Ski Steamboat resort can be found in the towering peaks which surround Steamboat Springs which is packed full of western heritage and it’s not uncommon to see cowboys, ranches, and wild horses. Ski Steamboat is also the birthplace to some of the best winter Olympians the USA winter team have ever seen, this showcases how incredible these mountains and the resort must be.

With nearly 3,000 acres of terrain which is spread over the 170 marked trails riders can look to get around this huge resort using one of the 18 lifts. All the terrain at ski Steamboat resort is below the tree line so there are no crazy high alpine bowls. Steamboat is really an incredible resort for intermediate riders who love a perfectly groomed corduroy which is begging to be carved.

Sometimes the most important part to any resort is the snow and the quality, this is where ski Steamboat resort shines thanks for the unique position of the resort that seems to catch west to east storms like a giant baseball glove.
