The range of accommodation at Perisher is spread out across 3 different base regions which all have their own unique flair and vibe. The accommodation in Perisher Valley has the largest collection of lodges, hotels and self-contained apartments with all the amenities to suit every budget. Just down the road in Smiggin Holes you will find more family centred accommodation at perisher options due to Smiggin Holes being the family region of the resort.

Over the backside of the mountains in Guthega is where you will find a small collection of ski lodges, alpine inns and private houses that can be rented. Guthega is home to some of the more advanced terrain at the resort and when staying in this region you really get a sense of being in the mountains.

All accommodation at Perisher is located up in the mountains and is above the snowline with plenty of ski in and ski out options. To access the accommodation its best to leave your vehicle down at the ski tube base and take the special built rail line up to all the accommodation in Perisher Valley.
