Falls Creek is Victoria’s premier snow and winter destination and is home to the largest ski resort in the state. The village at Falls Creek is divided into two regions with base one being in the village bowl with easy access to the Eagle Express lift. Base two is lower and closer to the main car parks with easy access to Halley’s Comet lift.
All Falls Creek ski resort accommodation is located up in the mountains and is above the snowline with plenty of ski in and ski out options. To access the accommodation in base one you will need to leave your vehicle in the car parking and take the over snow transport up into the village. The accommodation options in base two may require over snow transport but many options are walking distance from the car parking areas.
Those not looking to stay directly in the snow at the accommodation in Falls Creek will find more budget friendly or even larger homes for multiple families down in the mountain towns of either Mount Beauty or Bright. These alpine towns have all the amenities you will require with easy access to petrol, supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants plus if you are looking to also visit nearby Hotham you might consider staying off the mountains and the resorts are one hour’s drive from either Mount Beauty or Bright.
Renovated in 2016, this boutique hotel is located on a mountain in the Falls Creek Ski Resort. Guests can easily access the slopes and then return to the rustic, chic and warm hotel, which has been styled with carefully chosen Australian furnishings. Daily turn down surface is provided.
Astra Falls Creek features a magnesium swimming pool, decorated with European tiles. There is also a sauna, a hot tub, massage facilities. All rooms at Astra Falls Creek are equipped with a refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, iPod docking station, flat-screen TV, bathrobes and luxury linen and towels.
Astra Falls Creek is a short walk from ski hire facilities. The restaurant serves stunning local food partnered with both a wine and cocktail list. Daily hot breakfast is made to order.
Offering ski-to-door access and ski storage space, ELK at Falls is located in the heart of Falls Creek Village. The main Falls Creek chairlift is 300 m from Elk.
The modern apartments and suites are designed to suit a range of accommodations preferences. Each self-contained apartment is furnished with luxury interiors and fittings. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

Featuring ski-to-door access, St Falls Resort is located in Falls Creek in the Victoria region, a 2-minute walk from Falls Creek Alpine Resort. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as an indoor pool and a hot tub. The accommodation has a sauna, free WiFi and family rooms.
